Yes, we are fully insured and will supply a “Certificate of Insurance” on request. 
Yes, our inflatables are registered with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The registration can be found on the blower unit.   E∙L∙F Entertainment has certified inspectors on staff. All equipment inspections are performed in accordance with the Pennsylvania Bureau of Ride and Measurement Standards.
We accept cash, checks, money order, and most major credit cards. 
Typical event operation times is four hours.  We will arrive at your event approximately 1½ hours prior to the start of the event, and will need approximately 1½ hours for teardown and cleanup.
We are able to fit into a variety of spaces. There is a wide range of equipment to choose from. Ask one of our event planners for more options. 724-449-9200
The attraction rental cost is inclusive of delivery, setup, take down, blower, extension cord, anchoring, attendant, and insurance. Delivery charge may apply for locations greater than 25 miles from our warehouse.
Full trucks are happy trucks! When you book multiple attractions you can get bonus games and package discounts. Non-profit organizations can take advantage of special pricing and volunteer programs. 
Having sufficient power to run each ride is very important for rider safety. Our event planners can help you decide if the available power supply is adequate.  We can provide you with the power requirements for each attraction. If needed, ELF can supply generators, Fee may apply.
Most of our attractions can be used indoors as long as the height requirements are met. Please view the dimensions on our attraction description pages to ensure the inflatable will fit in your facility. Double door access and special ramps or elevators may be required. Equipment will not be transported up or down stairs. 
Fifty percent (50%) of the total balance is non-refundable, and all remaining balances are due two weeks prior to event date. Cancellations for weather must occur 24 hours prior to the event start time. Speak to your event planner for more details. 
Precipitation protocol is a very serious issue and is governed by state law. If the attractions are set up and it begins to precipitate, we must cease all operations until the precipitation has ended. Once the rain has stopped, the attractions must be dried. Reopening will occur after the manager has deemed the attractions safe for use.
