In addition to our traditional offerings, we are proud to now offer specially priced virtual event alternatives for schools and religious organizations! Our physically distanced fun is just what the doctor ordered!

The past few semesters have been challenging. ELF is here to make your life easier! All planning is handled by our team so that you can focus on having fun with the students.

Virtual DJ/MC

Add a virtual DJ/MC to lead your program by mixing exciting music and introducing any videos and explaining any text displays that you wish to include. Broadcasts can be displayed on school TV systems or personal devices.

There are a variety of service levels to choose between. The base option is a pre-recorded mix personalized for your school. More advanced options include interactions with guests (students, faculty, staff, parents, etc.) as they text, tweet or email photos or comments via the text-to-screen app or submit through a chat feed. Approved photos/messages can then be shared on the main screen of the broadcast.

All service levels include a virtual DJ will hosting from a professionally lit studio with Key and Dance Lighting. Two camera angles are implemented to help keep the program more dynamic and visually appealing.

 Digital Caricature Art

A professional artist will draw memorable digital caricature portraits of students. Both black and white and full color options are available. On average, one artist can create 10-15 black and white faces or 8-12 full color faces per hour.

Our fully virtual option allows students to text or email photos of themselves. The artist then draws their portraits and emails them the completed art. Email communications can be facilitated teachers or parents rather than individual students. Group caricature art can be completed as well! This service can also be provided live via a Zoom room session so that students can see their portraits being created.

With the in-person service option, subjects and artists sit at least 6’ apart. Portraits are drawn on the art tablets, and the finished artwork is sent digitally. This method allows for Caricature Art all at a safe distance for all! Traditional paper portraits can also be created with in-person service.

­­­­Virtual Design Your Own Swag

A fun and easy way for students to create their very own personalized school swag. With a variety of customizable options, students will become the designers they were born to be! Their unique creations will be produced and delivered to their individual doorsteps or centrally to their school all through one user friendly experience. Swag options include items such as water bottles, bags, t shirts, mousepads, mugs, etc.

Virtual Painting Sessions

Enjoy an instructor led virtual painting session via Zoom! Once you choose a date and one hour time slot, we will send you a link for your event’s private Zoom room that you can share with all participants. (Other video communication platforms may be possible on request.)

You get to select the painting for your session from an array of options that fit various themes or color choices. We can even create a custom painting for your session!

Art Kits including a 11”x14” canvas, needed paints and a paint brush are available. They can be shipped to individual address to or to a central location for distribution.

Virtual Team Games

Choose from a wide selection of fun, educational or incentive-driven options to keep students engaged before, during, and after your virtual event. They can also be offered as standalone services. We can assist with prizing if desired. Some of the most popular options include Team Feud, The Great Emoji Race, Crowd Scavenger Hunts, The 20 Second Challenge, Take It or Leave It (like Deal or No Deal), etc.

Team games are conducted via private Zoom rooms with live hosts who lead the games and keep students entertained and engaged. (Other video communication platforms may be possible on request.)

Virtual Musical Bingo

Traditional bingo with a fun musical twist! You can pick a theme for your games such as Top 100, Pop, Hip-Hop, etc. When students hear a song that is on their bingo card, they get to mark it off. The first to get bingo wins! We can assist with prizing if desired.

For even more fun, group dance songs (i.e. Cha Cha Slide, Follow The Leader, Cupid Shuffle, Teach Me How To Dougie, The Loco-Motion, etc.) can be incorporated. Each time a dance song is played, everyone gets to join in the fun, and follow the line dance leader. Then those to have that song on their bingo card get to mark it off.

Virtual Escape Rooms

Treat your students to the ultimate virtual escape room challenge! Challenge themes include Zombies, Man Hunt or Escape from Azkaban. Students will solve puzzles, find hidden clues, and uncover the mystery before the hour runs out. The games can be played individually or in teams. We can assist with prizing if desired.

Movie Night

Host an evening movie night for students and parents to enjoy! A large movie screen, projector, sound system and technician is provided. An FM Transmitter can be provided for drive-in movie options so that guests do not even need to leave their own cars. We can assist with ensuring you have proper rights in place to show the movie you select.
